Welcome to Harmony. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Harmony mobile application ("App") operated by Harmony ("we," "our," or "us").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Description of Service
Harmony is a personal colorimetry application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze your skin tone, eye color, and hair color to determine your color season. The App provides personalized color palettes, wardrobe recommendations, and shopping assistance.
The colorimetry analysis is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice. Results may vary depending on lighting conditions, photo quality, and other factors.
2. Subscriptions and Pricing
Free trial
New users may access a free trial period of 7 days. During the trial, you have access to all premium features. At the end of the trial period, you will be automatically billed unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Subscription plans
Harmony offers the following subscription plans:
- Weekly — Billed every week.
- Monthly — Billed every month.
- Yearly — Billed once per year (best value).
Prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region. All prices include applicable taxes.
Payment and renewal
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the App.
- Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
- Share your account with third parties.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, algorithms, and software — are owned by Harmony and are protected by intellectual property laws.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the colorimetry results will be perfectly accurate.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harmony shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
7. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.
